The agreement for the work.

These are the terms when you engage DT Admin. A form or a price on the site is not yet an engagement. The office address, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT id will follow once the registration is final. Until then you reach us at hallo@dtadmin.nl.
What we do
We keep the books, file VAT, file the returns for sales in other EU countries and, when agreed, watch the money with you. We prepare annual accounts. We do not audit them. DT Admin is not a statutory auditor and not an AA firm. Nothing on this site replaces a decision you make yourself.
When it starts
The engagement starts only when we confirm it by email. That confirmation states the work and the fee. Until then there is no engagement.
Fee
The amounts on the pricing page are indicative from-prices per month, excluding VAT. There is no startup fee and no fee per invoice. Payroll is €10–15 per payslip. A specialist is €90 an hour excluding VAT. A full CFO engagement is custom. You pay for Moneybird yourself, or through us. The email confirmation names the amount that applies.
Ending it
You can cancel monthly, with one month's notice, unless the confirmation names a different period. We can cancel on the same terms.
What you provide
You send the records the work needs, in time. You remain responsible for those records being complete and correct. We process them and tell you what we notice.
Liability
We work carefully. Loss that follows directly from a mistake in our work is compensated up to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before. We do not compensate consequential loss, or penalties caused by records that arrived late or incorrect.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
