Controller
DT Admin B.V. Email: hallo@dtadmin.nl. The office address, phone, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT id will be published once the registration is final.
Which data
When you send the form we receive your name, email, phone, company, legal form, revenue band and message. You provide them to ask for a call.
Why
We use them to reply and to prepare the call. The basis is steps prior to a contract, at your request, article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Processors
When email delivery is configured, the message goes through Resend, a processor that delivers it to our inbox. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep correspondence about a call for at most 12 months after the contact ends, or longer if we then take on the work and a tax retention duty applies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you can object. Email hallo@dtadmin.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and no analytics cookies. Your language choice is in the address, not in a cookie. The Understood button writes a flag to your browser's local storage so the notice stays dismissed. That is not a cookie and it is not shared with us.
