Backlog
A backlog. We fix it.
Missed returns, a fine on the mat, a folder that has been shut for months. DT Admin catches it up: papers in a row, returns out the door after all, and then the same rhythm as books that are already running.
- 01
We see what is open
VAT, payroll tax, income tax or corporate tax. Letters from the tax authority come to the intake.
- 02
We file after all
Missing returns go out. A VAT return that was too low is corrected with a supplement, since 1 January 2025 within eight weeks of discovering the error.
- 03
Then it stays current
A weekly reminder, the same from-prices. No separate price for the rescue package, and no promise that a fine disappears.
Penalties that are published
These are the default penalties as the tax authority publishes them. A negligence penalty, for intent or gross fault, is not in this table. For income tax and corporate tax there is no penalty if you are not at fault for filing late.
| Return | When | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| VAT | After 7 calendar days of grace. | €82, up to €165 a time if it repeats. |
| Payroll tax | The same grace of 7 days. | €83. |
| VAT paid late | The amount on the return is paid late or not at all. | 3% of the amount outstanding, up to 10% if it repeats and at most €6,709 a year. |
| Income tax | After a reminder and a demand, outside 10 working days. | €469, up to €6,709 if you are late more often. |
| Corporate tax | Outside the deadline on the demand. | €3,354, up to €6,709 over several years. |
This is a general explanation, not personal advice. Bring the open letters to the intake or to your adviser. We fix the books. The tax authority decides on the fine.
